Order Cancellation
  • Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
  • If the order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be processed. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.
  • Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, food products, or other consumables.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns & Replacements
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For orders placed via digital wallets, UPI, or PhonePe, refunds will reflect as per the payment gateway timelines.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exceptions & Manufacturer Warranty
  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be reported directly to the respective manufacturer.
  • We are not liable for defects arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligence by the customer.
  • Refunds or returns will not be accepted if the product differs slightly from website images due to lighting, photography, or minor variations.
