At Premium Products Store, we strive to provide the best products and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and cancellation policy ensures a fair and transparent process for resolving your concerns.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be processed. In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.
Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, food products, or other consumables.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Returns & Replacements

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange for replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For orders placed via digital wallets, UPI, or PhonePe, refunds will reflect as per the payment gateway timelines.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions & Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be reported directly to the respective manufacturer.
We are not liable for defects arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, or negligence by the customer.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if the product differs slightly from website images due to lighting, photography, or minor variations.
