These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pegasi Technologies website and services. By placing an order or accessing our site, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not continue using our website or services. Pegasi Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of such updates.

Orders & Purchases

All orders placed with Pegasi Technologies are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the quantity of any order at our sole discretion.
Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual products, especially Kapoor Dani and electronics items, may vary in design or packaging.
While we make every effort to provide accurate product details, typographical or pricing errors may occur.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.
Prices listed include applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
In case of failed or fraudulent payment, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and product weight.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.
Pegasi Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or additional taxes, payable by the customer.
Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be communicated clearly during promotions.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
Kapoor Dani products that have been used or opened are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Electronic items must be returned with original manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Customized or clearance-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Pegasi Technologies’ liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Electronics sold are covered only by manufacturer warranties, if provided.
We disclaim all warranties unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
We are not responsible for misuse of Kapoor Dani products, including accidents, burns, or health issues.
Delays or non-performance caused by natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

Prohibited Uses

Using our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code through our platform.
Impersonating Pegasi Technologies staff or misrepresenting your identity.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
