- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.
- Kapoor Dani products that have been used or opened are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Electronic items must be returned with original manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or damaged.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
- Customized or clearance-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Pegasi Technologies’ liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Electronics sold are covered only by manufacturer warranties, if provided.
